Social Activities Coordinator

As part of our group-wide Lifestyle Programme, you will plan, create, and deliver welcoming home-based activities that cater to residents' interests and needs, adapting to various levels of ability.
About You
We provide full training, and we welcome applicants from all backgrounds. Key qualities include being organized, having excellent communication skills, and flexibility to work shifts. We support your career development, with potential pathways to roles such as Nurse Associate. Shifts are scheduled on a rota basis across 7 days, including weekends.
Knowledge / Experience
* Understanding of the role social interaction plays in wellbeing.
* Ability to assist in delivering group and individual lifestyle sessions.
* Ability to develop community links and organize successful events.
* Flexibility to cover various responsibilities at short notice.
* Willingness to develop through relevant training and qualifications.
