About the client – A specialist insurance brokerage based in Cheltenham, with over 60 years of experience. Owned by a larger group who pride themselves on being a force for good including donating over £100 million to charities since 2016.
What you’ll be doing –
1. Handle claims efficiently, liaising with clients, insurers, and other stakeholders.
2. Maintain up-to-date claims files and ensure timely follow-ups.
3. Verify policy coverage before advising clients.
4. Support the claims team with documentation and analysis.
5. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
6. Participate in cross-team projects and provide insights to underwriters.
Must haves!
1. Previous Insurance experience.
2. Strong communication, organisation, and customer service skills.
3. Attention to detail and confident numeracy abilities.
4. Friendly & down to earth personality with a team player mentality.
Nice to haves!
1. A qualification within Insurance, or working towards, however this client can support this.
2. Previous Claims Experience or Commercial Insurance experience would make the role a lot easier to grasp.
