Our friendly Day Nursery is looking for a dedicated Senior Room Leader to join our amazing team, who has a passion for working with young children and creating a nurturing learning environment. This role involves providing high-quality care and education to children in their early years, as well as leading a team.

This role requires excellent communication skills, leadership qualities, and the ability to manage a dynamic learning environment. As an Early Years Educator Lead, you will play a crucial role in fostering the development and well-being of young children, ensuring they receive high-quality care and education.
Experience working with children in a nursery or early years setting is essential.
Knowledge of child development theories and practices is advantageous.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Plan and implement engaging educational activities that promote children's learning and development.
* Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children to explore and learn.
* Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians.
* Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to build strong relationships.
* Manage daily routines, ensuring that all children receive appropriate care and attention.
* Lead by example, demonstrating best practices in early years education.
* Collaborate with other educators to develop a cohesive curriculum that meets the needs of all children.
* Maintain accurate records of children's development and attendance.
