We are seeking to hire a legal secretary within a busy Immigration and Asylum firm for maternity cover of 9 – 12 months.
Duties will include:
Audio dictation for fee earners to include typing letters, opening files and preparing documents
Arranging appointments and general diary management
Handling incoming and outgoing telephone calls
Photocopying and scanning and other office admin tasks as required
Key Skills:
Fast and proficient typist
Experience of using SLAB and Legal Aid Online
Good IT and organisation skills
Able to use Microsoft applications including Word and Outlook
Ability to work in a fast paced and busy environment
Hours:
Monday - Friday
9am - 5pm
Office Based within Glasgow City Centre
