Supply Chain Administrator
Part Time: 24.5 Hours per week
Salary: £13 Per Hour
Location: Tipton
Contract Type: Permanent
Key Responsibilities:
1. Creating all types of purchase orders in the ERP system and sending to suppliers.
2. Processing supplier confirmations, updating the system with relevant details, PO numbers and lead times.
3. Communicating the information with all internal departments.
4. Supporting the procurement process by tracking materials, both for import and exports, obtaining PODs for customer service.
5. Raising supplier complaints and managing on the Quality Database.
6. Preparing monthly production reports and assisting in identifying areas for improvement.
7. Updating internal procedures, instructions and forms as part of continuous improvement.
8. Managing projects in line with company strategy.
9. Addressing any administrative queries from team members and providing support as needed.
Qualifications:
1. Previous experience in a production or administrative role is preferred but not mandatory.
2. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
5. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
6. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
