Job Title: Legal Support Assistant (Residential Conveyancing)
Location: Solihull
Type: Full-Time
Salary: £23,000 - £24,000

Primary Responsibilities Include:
6. Providing full support to our Solicitors to enable them to operate efficiently.
7. Preparing correspondence using our case management system.
8. Attending to clients both on the telephone and in person.
9. Administering filing systems which will include daily filing and the opening, closing, storage and retrieval of client files.
10. Preparing mail and enclosures for dispatch.
11. Diary Management.
12. Arranging the scanning and photocopying of paperwork.
13. Audio type from dictation.
14. Carrying out other duties and responsibilities as required.
15. Deal with routine client correspondence and queries.
About the Person:
To be a successful candidate for this role you must also have the following attributes, skills and experience:
16. Have excellent knowledge and experience within residential conveyancing.
17. Demonstrate initiative and be able to undertake searches & ID checks.
18. Possess high levels of speed and accuracy.
19. Excellent audio typing from dictation skills.
20. Have a good telephone manner and be comfortable speaking with clients both on the telephone and in person.
21. Be highly organised, methodical, and adaptable.
