About Us: Our practice is led by experienced partners who are practical, proactive, and approachable, creating great relationships and fostering growth opportunities. Our diverse team includes five Vets, seven Registered Veterinary Nurses, a Student Veterinary Nurse, three Animal Care Assistants, seven Receptionists, and a Practice Manager. You will have the opportunity to work with modern, state-of-the-art equipment, including advanced surgical tools for orthopaedics, soft tissue surgery, digital X-ray, ultrasound, IDEXX blood machines, and dental X-ray. One of our Vets regularly performs orthopaedic surgeries, adding to the wealth of expertise within the team. Each vet has a specific interest, creating a versatile and well-rounded group. We are an RCVS-accredited practice with robust protocols that are regularly updated to ensure we provide gold-standard care. Our commitment to our clients and their pets is paramount, and we’re looking for a vet who shares our values and desire to contribute to our local community. Our nursing team has a strong clinical mindset and enjoys participating in Schedule 3 procedures, contributing to a collaborative environment. Hours: We can offer both full-time and part-time hours for this role, which includes a Saturday rota of 1 in 3 (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM), with no out-of-hours duties. This structure allows all colleagues to maintain a healthy work/life balance. Additional facilities include another consult room, office space, a dental theatre, staff room, and corridor with potential isolation and wet room for future physiotherapy and hydrotherapy. Located on the outskirts of Leicester, our practice offers easy access to the M1 and M69.
