Make a real difference—Lead with heart at DHU Healthcare.
Are you passionate about creating spaces where everyone feels seen, heard, and valued? At DHU Healthcare, we’re looking for a dedicated Equity, Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging (EDI&B) Lead who will champion a culture where people from all walks of life can thrive.
In this pivotal role, you'll be a voice for inclusivity and a driving force for positive change—helping us build an environment where everyone feels they truly belong.
What your role will look like:
1. You’ll work closely with our People & Culture team, senior leadership, and staff across the organisation to bring our EDI&B strategy to life. Your day-to-day could include:
2. Supporting the Head of Organisation Development and Director of People in delivering impactful EDI&B strategies.
3. Being a go-to person for advice and support on all things EDI&B.
4. Collaborating to improve policies and practices so they reflect the diverse voices within our workforce.
5. Coordinating employee networks and championing wellbeing in everything you do.
6. Gathering and interpreting data to track our progress—and help tell our story to leadership and partners.
7. Planning and delivering engaging training, events, and campaigns that spark real change.
8. Shaping our internal and external voice on EDI&B through content, comms, and storytelling.
9. Building partnerships with stakeholders across and beyond the organisation.
10. Staying curious—keeping up with EDI&B trends, research, and insights to help us grow.
Is this you?
We’d love to hear from you if you:
1. Have hands-on experience leading or supporting EDI&B work.
2. Know your stuff when it comes to relevant legislation, best practices, and real-world application.
3. Are a natural collaborator, with experience working across teams to bring initiatives to life.
4. Can turn data into insight—and insight into action.
5. Bring passion, empathy, and a commitment to making a meaningful difference.
6. Have a background in HR, Sociology, Business, or a related field, plus relevant training or qualifications in EDI&B.
