Email Marketing Specialist Drive impactful email marketing campaigns by collaborating with cross-functional teams to define segmentation, cadence, testing, and tactics. Ensure best practices and compliance to maximise customer engagement and action. Manage campaign timelines, calendars, approvals, and internal reviews. Leverage marketing automation systems (e., Marketo) and integrations for seamless execution and lead flow. Onboard and train stakeholders, maintain documentation, and guide them through the email campaign process. Integrate email with other marketing channels (social, content, paid). Analyse campaign performance, present insights, and implement A/B testing for continuous improvement. Identify opportunities for email and nurture innovation and optimisation. Skills: Proven expertise in email marketing and customer lifecycle management. Strong project management skills for handling multiple projects. Excellent collaboration abilities in a complex, international environment. Strong analytical skills to derive actionable insights from data. Experience with Marketo (preferred), AEP/AJO (a plus). Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Self-motivated and independent. Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Minimum 4 years of digital marketing experience with a focus on segmentation, campaign management, and email strategy.
