Collaborate with business users to understand and improve how we use People technology platforms, boosting productivity and efficiency to support our broader business goals. Monitor the performance of the platforms, working with architecture and engineering teams to create plans for improving performance, ensuring compliance, and maintaining platform reliability. Work with our suppliers to understand the potential impact and opportunities of future releases and patches, helping to ensure the overall stability, value and compliance of our technology stack. What you’ll need: · Strong experience with enterprise HR platforms (e.g. Dayforce, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM) and their integrations with other business systems. · Proficiency in system customisation and cloud technologies is essential to ensure effective configuration, integration, and management of HR systems. · A solid understanding of core HR processes e.g. recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation, learning and employee lifecycle management. To ensure the ability to align technology solutions with People team objectives. · Proven ability to lead a technical team, providing guidance on best practices and system design. Strong collaboration with IT, People Team, and business stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions while managing multiple priorities and projects.
