The Company An established reputable business who are highly respected in their industry. Working within a regulated environment, you will be providing full customer service support to customers calling into the business. This is a permanent office-based role. The Role Working in a team of 10 within busy contact centre environment, you will be the first person who customers calling into the business will speak to. Providing a high level of customer service at all times is pivotal to the brands reputation. Key responsibilities: Delivering high quality customer service by telephone. Dealing with between 300-400 calls across the team daily. To answer calls promptly dealing with them in line with procedures, ensuring that productivity and quality targets are met. To listen carefully ensuring our customer needs are met. Ad hoc tasks as required. Comply with the regulations relating to the financial services industry (training can be given). About You We are ideally looking for candidates with call centre/high call volume experince, but if you can demonstrate providing first class customer service in other ways then please do still apply. Key attributes/skills required: Good oral communication skills and telephone manner. Good listening skills. Team player. Focus on providing excellent service. Basic numerical skills. Desirable if you have contact centre experience - but not necessary. The Package Basic salary £23,500 - £25,000 DOE. Great benefits including discretionary annual bonus, Life Assurance, Pension. Office based full time Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm. No parking on site.
