Job Overview:
As Territory Manager covering the Midlands you will be responsible for managing your territory, developing key accounts within both private hospitals and the NHS. You will utilise your sales expertise and creativity to build on existing relationships and open up new business opportunities:
* Develop a business plan to achieve overall business objectives
* Mapping the locality trust, corporate accounts & commissioning funding flows
* Developing & execution of an integrated engagement strategy plan for surgical products across defined strategic accounts
* Leading engagement and partnership activities with senior clinical & non-clinical leadership, commissioners, and c-suite stakeholders
* Engaging & influencing senior commissioners through removal of restrictive commissioning in eye care
To be successful:
To be successful in this Territory Manager role you will need to have medical sales experience within eye care or surgical devices. You will be a driven, motivated and dedicated individual with a real hunger to succeed and be the best in your field.
* Sales experience in medical devices (eye care or surgical)
* Excellent interpersonal skills with a real flair for relationship building
* Strong business and selling acumen with an ability to interrogate data
* A natural people-person that enjoys collaborating with a wider team and adding value
* Based in London (South of the river) / Bournemouth / Portsmouth / Brighton
