FINN Partners is on the hunt for an experienced Senior Vice President to join our growing Corporate & Financial Services team. Provide strategic counsel to C-suite executives as a trusted advisor, helping clients reach and exceed their goals.
Be part of a collaborative and highly skilled team, working with international clients in a wide variety of industries ranging from banking and fintech, investment, government agencies, non-profits, hospitality and tourism to food and beverage.
Experience working with a range of Financial Services clients, ideally across the corporate and investment banking, payments and trade finance sectors.
Demonstrated experience in all phases of client service, including development of PR/integrated communication strategies and plans; content development; digital and social media campaigns; project and team management; reporting and budget management.
Demonstrated experience and interest in leading content-led campaigns across a range of tactics – including white papers, surveys, by-lines, blogs, event write-ups, listicles, etc. – Successfully developed and implemented impactful PR campaigns aligned to client KPIs. Develop and oversee annual planning and quarterly strategy reviews.
Experience in media and spokesperson training and management.
Passion for mentoring and helping junior team members grow.
A bachelor’s degree in public relations, business, communications, marketing, journalism, English, or related field.
Manage day-to-day implementation of programmes.
Manage account administration duties such as billing and financial reporting.
Review materials prepared by staff working on their accounts.
Maintain clear and consistent communications between the client and account team.
Highly skilled at managing account teams.
Highly skilled at multi-tasking and accommodating multiple account teams.
Demonstrated ability to network with potential clients and develop new business leads.
Intuitive understanding of the business of an agency, and ability to identify and troubleshoot problems within accounts and/or teams.
Ability to handle operational activities of account.
In-depth knowledge of FINN Partners’ management principles and practices.
Availability to travel as needed to off-site meetings.
Creative strategy development and execution.
