We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Key Account Co-Ordinator to join our dynamic sales team. The successful candidate will play a key role in building and maintaining long-lasting relationships with clients, assisting in the management of high-priority accounts, and ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction. This position offers the opportunity to develop account management skills, work closely with senior team members, and grow within the organization. Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management : Support the Senior Key Account Manager in managing key accounts. Act as the day-to-day point of contact for clients, addressing any queries, issues, or requests in a timely manner. Assist in developing strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure the long-term success of partnerships. Sales Support & Reporting : Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and reports for key accounts. Analyse client data and performance metrics to provide insights and recommendations. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to ensure smooth execution of client requests. Account Growth : Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts. Work with the Senior Key Account Manager to create and execute growth strategies for key clients. Contract & Financial Management : Assist in contract negotiations, renewals, and ensuring compliance with terms and conditions. Monitor account financial performance, including revenue targets and profitability. Market & Competitor Analysis : Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities, providing insights to help shape account strategies. Contribute to market research efforts and recommend improvements to current strategies and approaches. Qualifications: Experience : Min 2 years of experience in sales, account management, or a customer service role. Prior experience in a B2B environment is a plus. Skills : Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Proactive and solution-oriented with a customer-first mindset. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Analytical thinking and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Attributes : Results-driven with a focus on meeting targets and deadlines. Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
