Responsibilities
An Associate Product Management Analyst Co-op combines strategic thinking, technical expertise, and analytical skills to ensure CCM software products meet customer demands and drive business success. This role is ideal for someone passionate about product development and eager to learn the intricacies of product management. You will work closely with organizational unit (OU) partners, the CCM development team, and other cross-functional teams across the organization to deliver innovative products and create value.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the Insurance industry and can work basic support tickets, create user stories with detailed requirements, manage CCM team objectives and ensure quality assurance. Additionally, you will prioritize features and functionalities for each release and oversee the day-to-day operation of CCM and support. The role requires an understanding of the Agile process.
* Collaborate with Operating Units (OUs) to gather and create detailed product requirements.
* Prioritize features and functionalities for each release, considering customer needs and current strategy.
* Oversee the day-to-day operation of the product.
* Analyze data to inform product decisions.
* Design and analyze A/B tests to optimize product features.
* Quality Assurance tests prior to production deployments.
* Create product user stories.
* Manage project and objectives that involve the internal team, OU contacts, and external vendors.
* Design and drive requirements for modernization efforts within the CCM platform.
Qualifications
* Experience in the Insurance industry.
* Basic understanding of system integrations and troubleshooting.
* Experience with quality assurance.
* Experience with building requirements and user stories.
* Familiarity with the Agile process.
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
* Ability to analyze data to inform product decisions.
* Experience in managing timelines, resources, and deliverables effectively.
* Proficiency in designing and analyzing A/B tests.
* Bachelor’s Degree (open to all degrees and majors) or equivalent experience.
* At least 2 years of job experience in a similar role preferred.
