Salary: £22,750 pro rata
Hours: (22.5 hours a week) - Hours to be worked across Monday to Friday but will be discussed in more detail at interview stage

Using your unique edge excellent administration skills, you will be Processing of learner paper based test papers and learner certificates on Learner Management System (BUD), data entry and administration of all paper based test papers and certificates ensuring all activities are carried out accurately and timely in accordance with the Awarding Organisations.
This role is about providing key support to the Data Administration Manager by assisting with all data processing including, but not limited to learner achievements, learners leaving programmes and changes to a learners’ circumstances registered on a programme.
As an Awards Administrator you will be:
Ordering, tracking and monitoring the process for paper based tests
Claiming certificates for learner achievements with the relevant awarding body/organisation
Process learners who are taking a break in learning and reinstating them when requested, ensuring all paperwork is compliant, signed and
monitored
Assisting with the processing of achievers and leavers on Learner Management System
What we need from you:
Experience of working with a Data Entry or Administration role
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent communications skills both written and verbal
Excellent IT skills including the use of MS office
Ability to plan, organise and prioritise own workload
·Level 3 Business and Administration qualification or willingness to acquire
