Job summary An exciting opportunity has arisen on Ward 12 at North Tyneside Hospital. We require one nursing assistant to join our team. Ward 12 is an innovative and forward thinking, 23 bedded Care of the Elderly Ward. We are looking for experienced candidates who have a commitment to ensuring safe and high-quality care is delivered to our patients, as well as being a role model and supporting other members of the MDT. On Ward 12 there is a strong focus on multidisciplinary team working, to ensure safe and timely patient discharges or transfers to appropriate care settings. You will be expected to work as part of a dynamic nursing team, delivering all aspects of care to patients and have excellent communication skills. Previous experience in a similar setting is desirable, but not essential. These posts will be rotational between day/night shift and cover seven days a week.
