Job Title: Unity Software Engineer
We are seeking a highly experienced Unity software engineer to join our development team at XR Therapeutics. This role involves producing realistic 3D scenario-based treatment scenes for deployment on various platforms, including large screen TVs, PCs, Macs, tablets, and VR headsets.

XR Therapeutics provides health professionals with technology to deliver therapeutic interventions effectively among individuals with various situation-specific anxieties. Our therapies have been extensively tried and tested for nearly a decade and are used by NHS practitioners.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be integral to the development and delivery of our products and services in the UK and globally. As a Unity specialist with 10-15 years of commercial experience, you will primarily develop VR environments and further develop our cloud-based Software as a Service model (SaaS) multi-user product.
Responsibilities:
* Contribution to the design and specification of solutions for virtual scene production by the development team.
* Solid development documentation, demonstration to internal team and clients.
* Communication and collaboration within XRT and to its clients and partners.
* Remote and on-site technical support provided as required.
Key Requirements:
* 10+ years of experience and a deep knowledge of Unity 3D.
* Object-oriented programming C++/C#.
* 3D graphics programming experience.
* Experience with cloud-based SaaS technology ecosystem including solid AWS and network optimisation.
* Excellent JIRA software product development skills.
* Experienced in software for ideating and production of specifications such as Miro, Balsamiq, and Lucid Chart.
* Scrum-based agile mind-set.
* Proven team building and mentoring skills.
* Excellent understanding of 3D modelling optimisation requirements for "in-game".
* Excellent understanding of UX/UI design in 3D environments.
* Ability to build rapid prototypes for VR/AR/MR.
* Excellent spoken and written communication and presentation skills.
Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
