We are seeking a highly organised New Business Administrator to join our New Business team. The New Business Administrator role is fundamental to 4Com’s success by ensuring that our delivery exceeds the customers’ expectations.
As a New Business Administrator, you will be responsible for obtaining finance for the customer, checking all contracts are correct and undertaking all administration duties from point of sale through to first stage of installation.

What would I be doing as a New Business Administrator at 4Com
17. Liaising with the installation team to coordinate installation dates.
18. Communicating with the sales executives if any amendments are needed to the order and ensuring that all paperwork and costings are completed in a timely manner.
19. Handling incoming calls from the sales consultants and customers, assisting or re-directing as required.
20. General administration duties including all scanning and filing of all paperwork.
21. Ensuring that all sales deals are proposed to Company Leasing in an accurate and timely manner, and documents have been correctly completed and submitted.
22. Maintaining the database, ensuring that all entries and comments are updated and accurately reflect the current value and finance status of the deal.
23. Liaising with the customers to obtain outstanding paperwork/accounts and any additional information required to achieve acceptance of finance including corrected and resigned paperwork.
