The Building Surveyors role
The majority of the new Building Surveyors role will be project-biased, working across a diverse range of commercial, office, retail, residential, and light industrial projects.
the successful Building Surveyor shall also carry out a professional service including dilapidations and technical due diligence surveys; this will make up about 30% of your workload.
The Building Surveyor
Either completed a Building Surveying degree or in the final stages of an apprenticeship
Minimum of 2 years Building Surveying experience
Ideally worked within a Construction Consultancy / Chartered Surveying practice
Good energy, keen learner, and eager to progress
Working towards sitting your APC
