JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Maintain accurate headcount and other HR reports
2. Engage with Associates to ensure higher morale and productivity
3. Proactive sensing of ER issues
4. Grievance Handling
5. HRIS & Payroll
6. Ability to travel across multiple sites in the city
7. Stakeholder Management with business and support functions to ensure smooth functioning of site operations
8. Statutory Compliances
9. Ensuring Contractors / Agency headcount and Compliances
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Graduate in any discipline preferably from recognized university.
2. Preferred background work experience in HR of having worked with Large Warehouse/Logistics/Manufacturing companies.
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
4. High presentation, reporting and team player skills
5. Excellent knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
6. Demonstrated intense customer focus.
7. Demonstrated highest level of integrity, intellectual honesty, and strong work ethic.
8. Consistent effort, intense commitment, and willingness to go above and beyond when needed.
9. Strong team player, acts like an owner, and ultimately focused on delivering results with high standards.
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Processing and auditing of Contractor Services and Invoices at regional level.
2. Basic supplies – Uniform, pantry, lockers, etc.
3. Engagement Activities – Birthday celebration, Monthly Learning Activity, Reward & Recognition or any other events to be organized for associate experience.
4. Stakeholder management.
ABOUT THE TEAM:
The incumbent will be part of Site HR Team for the Last Mile Stations Bangalore, Karnataka.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 6+ months of human resources experience
- 6+ months of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
- Bachelor's degree is minimum
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 1+ years of human resources experience
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
- MBA in Human Resources
