With the growth in the company, our client is looking for both a newly experienced recruiter or an experienced Recruiter with a pipeline of potential clients to develop a portfolio of current clients and candidates, with a drive and ambition to grow the company and take Cosmopolitan Recruitment to the next level as a Recruitment Manager. This means that we are looking to build long-term relationships with both clients and candidates, while offering a tailored and bespoke service. You will be tasked with becoming an industry specialist and you will be asked to take ownership of clients & candidates, whilst building a team of specialists. You will have the opportunity to direct the company into new industries and sectors should you want to. Key Competencies as the Recruitment Manager: Develop and implement the recruitment strategy across the organisation. Building a team of specialists. Freedom to grow in various sectors you see fit for the company. Developing business with new and existing clients, building relations, and obtaining vacancies. Researching the current market to find appropriate candidates for live vacancies. Sourcing and interviewing candidates for live roles. Guiding them through shortlisting, feedback, interview preparation and acceptance of roles. Contacting potential candidates via phone, social media, and email to create leads for live vacancies, building a candidate portfolio. Web surfing to identify openings with potential clients. Create and implement KPI’s across the department, ensuring that these are realistic, and challenging. Develop employer branding strategies to promote the organisation as an employer of choice. Team Management. You will have overall responsibility for your team’s performance and wellbeing. Maintaining and producing weekly / monthly reporting. Reporting directly to the Director. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to both Clients and Candidates, so the ability to talk confidently and clearly is important. We use email and social media to connect with people and the ability to use these tools actively is important. What will be required: Either 1 years of recruitment experience or 5 years internal recruitment experience in a senior manager/head of resourcing role Happy to be hands on – CV shortlisting, calling, interviewing, screening. Comfortable setting clear expectations with applicants. Expertise in advertising channels and job boards, including LinkedIn, CV Library, Indeed, social media Strong digital and social media skills. Ability to assess cultural fit during interviews. Strong work ethic to ensure targets are met. Persuasive communicator (both written and verbal). Ability to think clearly in a fast paced and busy environment and able to show initiative. Must be highly motivated and able to work independently. Strong rapport building skills.
