To work with key personnel within the consortium to co-ordinate all activities to secure a coherent approach to administration, communication, project development, and budget management. Main duties of the job R&D ManagementProvide advice and support to the clinical themes to ensure they are aligned with the overall R&D strategy of D4D. Support the project managers and individual project leaders to develop and manage project plans with milestones and deliverables for all aspects of the D4D portfolio of projects using effective, structured methodologies. Proactively monitor D4D's overall progress, resolving issues and initiating corrective action as appropriate. Ensure D4D's governance arrangements meet the needs of the partners, STHFT as the host trust and are agreed by the D4D Executive Committee. Co-ordinating, Communication and RelationshipsResponsible for coordinating the input and establishing close working relationships with all NHS, charity and university partners.
