Are you a skilled Registered Manager with a passion for residential children’s care? We’re looking for a leader to open and manage a new, specialised home near Nuneaton for children with learning disabilities, autism, and other needs. Registered Manager Role Overview:
1. Lead the setup of a new home, fostering a supportive, homely atmosphere.
2. Build a caring, inclusive space that encourages children’s growth and independence.
3. Manage daily operations, ensuring the home meets all regulatory and company standards.
4. Supervise and develop a committed team with ongoing training and growth opportunities.
5. Ensure robust safeguarding practices, prioritising the well-being of each child.
Registered Manager Requirements:
6. Qualifications: QCF Level 5 Diploma or equivalent, plus relevant management certifications.
7. Experience: At least 2 years in management within children’s residential care, with at least 1 year in staff supervision.
8. Skills: Strong leadership, familiarity with Ofsted standards, and a commitment to a child-centered environment.
