Job Title: Receptionist & Office Administrator

Salary: £24,000
Location: On-site in Burton-on-Trent
Benefits: 25 days holiday + bank holidays, Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours
Responsibilities:
1. Welcoming and directing visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
2. Managing incoming calls and correspondence.
3. Coordinating meeting rooms and managing office facilities.
4. Sales order input, raising purchase orders, ordering uniforms.
5. Maintaining office supplies and inventory.
6. Assisting with the coordination of events and meetings.
7. Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
8. Contributing to the development of office procedures and systems.
Profile:
A successful Receptionist & Office Administrator should have:
1. Previous experience in a Receptionist and/or Administrative role.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong organisational and time management abilities.
5. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
6. A proactive approach and ability to work independently.
