Job Description:
Position Title: Maintenance Electrician
Location: Dungannon
Reporting to: Maintenance Supervisor
Hours of work: 39 hours per week
This position will be responsible for supporting the production departments in both the Machine Shop and Fabrication Halls.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
1. Reactive and planned maintenance on Cranes and Welders.
2. Carry out repairs on both electrical and mechanical equipment.
3. Upkeep of maintenance spare parts.
4. Report daily on any materials used and work carried out during the shift.
5. Upkeep of records on CMMS (Computerised Maintenance Management System).
Qualifications / Experience
1. Qualification in an engineering discipline.
2. Minimum of 2 years previous maintenance experience gained within a similar high-volume manufacturing environment.
3. Good understanding of electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
4. Computer literate.
5. Clean driving licence.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
1. Self-motivated and high energy with ability to work on own initiative.
2. Ability to work within a team.
3. Ability to work overtime at short notice.
4. Ability to work in an environment that is fluid with constantly changing priorities.
5. Action orientated.
6. Excellent verbal and written skills.
7. Highest level of integrity, honesty and trust.
8. Drive for results.
