* About the Role:
o Deliver engaging and differentiated Mathematics lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, building a strong foundation in numeracy, algebra, geometry, and statistics.
o Develop and implement effective lesson plans that cater to a range of learning styles and abilities, ensuring all students make good progress.
o Assess student progress through regular formative and summative assessments, providing timely and constructive feedback to guide their learning.
o Contribute to the development of the mathematics curriculum and participate in departmental meetings and initiatives.
o Offer support and guidance to students through extracurricular mathematics clubs or tutoring.
* Ideal Candidate:
o Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Mathematics.
o A strong understanding of the secondary mathematics curriculum and effective teaching methodologies.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students and colleagues.
