Reporting to the Chief Digital Information Officer (CDIO), we are seeking a visionary leader to join our organisation as Head of Business Intelligence and Insights (BI&I). In this pivotal role, you’ll lead a team of talented data professionals, leveraging cutting-edge analytics to transform healthcare delivery and improve patient outcomes.
This is more than a leadership role – it’s an opportunity to inspire change. You will collaborate closely with clinical, operational, and corporate teams, ensuring data-driven decision-making is at the heart of everything we do.

* Proven experience in senior-level data and analytics leadership, ideally within the NHS or a similarly complex environment.
* Expertise in business intelligence systems, including Power BI.
* Strong strategic vision and a track record of leading data-driven transformations.
* Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Passion for using data to improve patient care.
