In the UK, they are now recruiting for a Regional Sales Manager to lead their team within the convenience channel. The main objective of this role is to coach, develop, and engage a team of Territory Development Representatives, ensuring they achieve set targets across distribution and activation.
You will also be responsible for building strong relationships with external stakeholders and collaborating with internal teams to drive overall market share growth.
This role requires a purpose-driven leader who understands business objectives and delivers results through effective team leadership. Earning trust and respect as a figurehead will be key to maximising the team’s performance.
