An exciting opportunity has arisen for the post of District Nursing Sister / Team Leader to manage and lead the District Nursing Team based in the Arfon area. The successful candidate will lead and manage the district nursing team, supporting the team members and working closely with other Health and Social Care colleagues, Unscheduled Care and out of hour's Community Nursing Services. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
