We are excited to have the opportunity to recruit an Admin, Organisation & Curriculum Assistant to our established Business Administration Team. If you have experience of providing efficient, accurate and responsive administrative and financial support then we would love to hear from you. Neasden Primary is part of Humber Education Trust. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Undertake reception duties, answering routine telephone and face to face enquiries Undertake a range of administration duties including: word processing, spreadsheets, filing, photocopying, printing, document collating Assist with pupil first aid/welfare, looking after sick pupils, liaising with parents and staff Provide a high quality and efficient IT/administration support service which meets the needs of the school.
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE: A good standard of education including English and Mathematics Good IT skills, particularly in Word, Excel, web-based systems and email Ability to resolve straightforward problem Good level of self-motivation, flexibility and organisational skills An awareness of the importance of confidentiality
