What will you be doing?
* Learning directly from the very best software developers in the industry.
* Programming in pairs from day one, working on real production code.
* Collaborating to solve complex problems in creative ways.
* Contributing to world-class web security software.
* Developing your knowledge in a range of languages and tools such as Java, .NET, JavaScript, React, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes and TeamCity.
* Mastering software design patterns, refactoring, and how to write clean, maintainable code.
* Practicing Agile development techniques, along with best software development practices like test-driven development.
* Rotating through various development teams to gain experience solving diverse problems with different approaches.

What are we looking for?
* A proven academic track record. Candidates should have top A levels or equivalent and be expecting a First Class degree in a technical subject area or relevant postgraduate qualification.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong problem-solving and computational skills.
* Direct hands-on experience of either Java or .NET (or both).
* Fluency in English.

We are minutes from the M6 and easily commutable from Manchester, Stockport, Wilmslow, Warrington, Chester, Crewe, Macclesfield, and Northwich.
Salary: From £55,000.
