Job Description
* Oversee and manage all financial operations within the region.
* Drive business performance through insightful financial analysis and strategic planning.
* Collaborate with key stakeholders to provide financial advice and support.
* Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.
* Implement and maintain robust financial systems and processes.
* Manage and mentor a finance team.
* Support the development and execution of business strategies.
* Report on financial performance and forecasts to senior management.
The Successful Applicant
A successful 'Regional Finance Manager' should have:
* Qualified either ACA, ACCA or CIMA
* Experience in a similar role within the FMCG, Retail or Logistics industry.
* Strong financial analysis and strategic planning skills.
* Excellent business partnering skills
* Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
* Proficiency in financial software and systems.
* Highly developed communication and collaboration skills.
