Your Role as Children & Young People's Manager in Pontypool: ✔️ Lead a team of specialist support workers delivering vital services. ✔️ Ensure children and young people in Pontypool and Gwent receive trauma-informed, person-centred support. ✔️ Oversee safeguarding, risk management, and compliance. ✔️ Develop partnerships with funders and charities to grow the service. ✔️ Manage budgets, reports, and strategic service improvements. What You Need to Be a Great Children & Young People's Manager: ✅ Experience managing services for children and young people, ideally in social care, education, or domestic abuse support. ✅ Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills. ✅ Knowledge of safeguarding, risk management, and trauma-informed practice. ✅ A passion for creating safe, supportive spaces for children and young people.
