As a Dog Food Kitchen Operative, you will play a crucial role in the preparation, production, and packing of our market leading dog food. You'll be responsible for ensuring that all products meet safety, quality, and nutritional standards while maintaining a clean and organized working environment. Your dedication to maintaining highest levels of professionalism, attention to detail and teamwork will be critical in ensuring that our product remains the best food on the market.

Responsibilities:
Food Preparation:
* Follow standardized recipes and guidelines to prepare dog food ingredients.
* Measure, mix, and combine various ingredients to create consistent and balanced dog food recipes.
* Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
* Quality is our highest priority and all team members have the right and the responsibility to maintain highest quality standards, and immediately escalate any concerns or issues.
Packing and Labelling:
* Pack dog food products into appropriate containers, adhering to correct processes and procedures.
* Apply accurate labels with essential information, including ingredients, nutritional facts, and expiration dates.
* Maintain a neat and organized packing area to prevent cross-contamination and ensure accurate product tracking.
Cleanliness and Sanitation:
* Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment at all times.
* Clean kitchen equipment, utensils, and surfaces according to established protocols.
* Follow proper hygiene practices, including hand washing and wearing appropriate protective clothing.
Safety and Compliance:
* Adhere to food safety regulations, including HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) standards.
* Report any safety concerns, accidents, or incidents to the supervisor immediately.
Team Collaboration:
* Work collaboratively with other kitchen & packing operatives, chefs, and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
* Communicate effectively to address any production challenges or changes to recipes.
