Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and develop new business opportunities within the education sector, including Primary, Secondary, and SEN Schools across the UK.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, understanding their recruitment needs.
3. Drive sales and revenue growth through strategic partnerships and effective networking.
4. Develop tailored recruitment solutions to meet the evolving needs of the education sector.
5. Stay informed on market trends, challenges, and the competitive landscape to deliver high-quality services.
What We're Looking For:
1. Proven experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management, ideally in recruitment.
2. An understanding of the education sector and its recruitment challenges.
3. Excellent communication and networking skills with a track record of building lasting partnerships.
4. Results-oriented, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
