Our client is looking for a new Project Manager to oversee some of their new projects that have been secured.
The responsibilities are to take a project from design stage and direct the project team of designers, engineers, site supervisors, and subcontractors.
The role requires the candidate to have technical and commercial experience to ensure the projects are delivered safely, to budget, and on time.

Experience/Roles:
1. Proven experience in running small to medium size contracts
2. HVAC experience
3. Self Motivation and Independent
4. IT Skills: Excel, Project, and Word
5. Good interpersonal and communication skills
6. Carrying out risk assessments and method statements
7. Attending progress and programme meetings
8. Monthly commercial applications
9. Issuing technical submittals in cooperation with the design team
10. Monitoring subcontractors
11. Quality control
