Factory / Manufacturing Operative
Salary: 23795 - 26208/annum (after 3 month trial)
Location: CV8, Kenilworth, Warwickshire
Description
Alu Plus Ltd is one of the UK's leading manufacturers of aluminium louvres. Established in 2005 and originally based in Coventry, we moved to our larger factory in Kenilworth in 2018.
We have invested in new machinery and building improvements, creating a comfortable working environment for all our employees.
Factory / Manufacturing Operative Responsibilities:
* Assist with the manufacturing of aluminium louvres, including loading and unloading materials and packing finished goods for dispatch.
* Experience within the window/door industry is advantageous but not essential.
* A good knowledge of hand and power tools is essential.
* Must reside within a 15-mile commuting radius.
Additional Information:
We provide a restroom on-site with a fridge/freezer, microwave, and free tea/coffee making facilities.
Hours of work are 6.30 to 14.50, Monday to Friday, with overtime paid at 1.5 your hourly rate.
You will receive 24 days paid holiday plus Bank Holidays.
A clean full UK driving licence is preferred.
