As one of the UKs most exciting up-and-coming fashion brands, we’re looking for a Marketing Assistant to support our growing Marketing Team, in order to expand our position in the market. About The Role This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with a keen eye for fashion, exceptional creativity, and a strong understanding of marketing strategies. As the Marketing Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in driving our brand's success through content creation and management, and general support of the Marketing Team. Key Responsibilities Produce creative, on-brand content for the website, namely homepages, collection headers, navigation imagery and product videos. Create any store graphics and marketing materials required by our partners. Produce compelling ad content, both static and video, for paid Meta and Google marketing. Assist the Social Media Exec in creating and curating compelling content for various social media platforms. Monitor social media trends and support in implementing best practices to drive organic growth. Capture BTS content on shoots to be used across all social media channels. Support in developing and expanding our content on TikTok. Assist the Creative Director & Junior Brand Manager on photoshoots (both ecom and campaign) to capture high-quality visuals for marketing materials, and ensure that visual content aligns with the brand's wider aesthetics and messaging. Support Marketing Intern in monitoring Ro&Zo’s product imagery, ensuring a consistent, visually appealing and on-brand online presence across each sales channel, ensuring all images are in-line with brand imagery standards. Manage and organise digital assets, ensuring accessibility for marketing campaigns and initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain brand consistency across all content. Where necessary, support Junior Brand Manager in designing and creating visually appealing and impactful and on-brand email newsletters. Develop compelling copy and calls-to-action to drive customer engagement and conversions. Here are the qualities we’re looking for: A keen eye for detail and reviewing marketing collateral and content. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent copy writing skills. Proactive approach and keen to take on new tasks and responsibilities. Ability to complete work tasks to deadlines and with excellent attention to detail. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere Pro essential. A keen interest in the social media landscape, specifically with regards to fashion brands. Strong multitasking skills.
