Responsibilities:
* Lead with the creation and upkeep of colleague data throughout HRIS platform, Occupational Health Database, TMS, Learner Platforms, and other companywide electronic filing systems
* Be the first point of contact for the HR team, supporting with a range of enquiries from colleagues, recruitment agencies, and others wishing to partner with us
* Manage the HR Inbox, attending to the mail as part of your role responsibilities and escalating to the wider HR team where necessary
* Work with our Hiring Managers to create attractive job adverts and manage the vacancy through to hire
* Create and issue new Starter Packs inclusive of Offer Letters and Contractual Documentation
