Learning & Assessor for Early Years
Salary: £30-40 per hour

We are seeking an Early Years Assessor to join our team, providing vital support and assessment services to students working within nurseries and schools within a 15-mile radius of our West London client. This role is ideal for a dedicated professional with a passion for early years education and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
Day-to-day of the role:
1. Travel to various nurseries and schools within a 15-mile radius of West London to conduct assessments.
2. Work closely with early years educators to evaluate their teaching methods and the learning environment.
3. Provide constructive feedback and guidance to help improve educational practices.
4. Ensure that all assessments are carried out in line with current early years education standards and regulations.
5. Maintain accurate and detailed records of assessments and visits.
6. Claim back expenses for travel in accordance with the organisation’s policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1. A recognised qualification in early years education.
2. Assessing Qualification or previous assessing experience and willingness to work towards Qualification.
3. Experience in an early years setting, with a strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide clear and constructive feedback.
5. A proactive approach to travelling and managing your own schedule.
6. A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for travel purposes.
