Job Description Join us as a Stock Condition Lead at Thirteen Group Role Overview: Thirteen Group is on the lookout for a Stock Condition Lead to join our Investment Planning team. We’re embarking on a journey to elevate current insights of our housing stock, with the aim to be able to better predict and analyse its performance for the next 20-30 years. Our ambition is to be able to look ahead to proactively respond to future challenges in housing. We want to move to a whole house approach and review stock in a more holistic way. You’ll be a key driver on this journey by co-ordinating your team’s activities associated with stock condition data collection, surveying services and on-site assurance of quality of investment works. Opportunities to buy and sell annual leave Key Responsibilities: Lead a team of 11 who are responsible for collecting stock condition information, EPC data and ensuring quality of works undertaken. Collate and produce performance management information including a variety of statistical information, identifying, and implementing opportunities for continuous improvements. Support with the effective programming of estate-based investment and improvement work. You’ll consider customer needs and aspirations, co-ordinate and identify other works, such as energy efficiency and locality plans. Effective use of our property management software and systems to inform and futureproof business decisions on stock. Support with the continuous review and development of new operational procedures to enhance the customer experience. About You: Experience of working with housing stock in a residential or commercial setting. Understands and can navigate the complexities of aged stock. Someone who is diligent, with great attention to detail and quality checking. Can interpret large volumes of data, using well-developed IT skills. You’ll have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and database applications. Fantastic communication skills and able to build relationships at all levels.
