About the role The Academic Administration team provide a central link between students and academic teams, whereby within your role you would be responding to a wide variety of student queries regarding all aspects of their studies. Working closely with academic teams, you will be responsible for ensuring that the courses are delivered smoothly and that the students are provided with an excellent experience. About you You will have excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to engage a range of audiences internally and externally. You will be able to demonstrate high levels of competence in standard office ICT applications. You will also have a proven strong track record in organisational skills within an administration role to establish professional priorities within your workload.
