Job Purpose:
The purpose of this post is to contribute, as part of a team, to the effective and efficient delivery of a high quality and responsive administrative school support service that will assist in the day-to-day operation of the school and devolved management procedures.
The post holder will require to work with supervision, within a clear framework of accountability. The post holder's responsibilities will focus on providing support; processing, collating and maintaining information; and assisting others.
Location: Hazlehead Academy, Aberdeen
Duration: Permanent, Full Time
The post holder needs to hold as a minimum:
1. PVG Membership for Regulated Work with Children and/or Protected Adults Or, a willingness to obtain prior to a formal offer of employment being made.
The postholder is able to demonstrate:
1. Ability to understand and follow instructions
2. Ability to work within set out procedures
3. Self-motivated team player
