Senior Administrator
Toro Recruitment is excited to present an opportunity for an experienced Senior Administrator on behalf of a prestigious client within the energy sector. The role of a Senior Administrator offers a base in Wolverhampton, with occasional flexibility for remote work, supporting senior directors and managing key administrative functions across the organisation.
Responsibilities of a Senior Administrator:
* Provide administrative support to senior team members, including data collection for monthly reports and assisting with annual budgeting.
* Lead procurement tasks, raise purchase orders, handle delivery issues, and resolve invoice queries, ensuring the smooth operation of the office.
* Manage and oversee the Group diary for senior team coordination, scheduling meetings, and tracking activities.
* Administer office operations for the Wolverhampton site, including supply management, minor repairs, and liaising with local authorities as necessary.
* Supervise the Group Training Administrator, assist with training administration, maintain records, and coordinate training activities to meet company-wide compliance.
Requirements:
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and excellent IT skills.
* Exceptional organisational and planning skills, with keen attention to detail.
* Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
* Excellent time management skills, capable of handling multiple priorities.
* Proven experience in report generation and data management.
