HVAC Sales/Project Engineer Location: Lutterworth, Leicestershire, LE17 4AG Company: KeyShel Interiors 04 Limited, Established in 2004, is a family run company, who specialise as a fit out main contractor working directly for end users, construction companies and interiors designers. We are a small close knit team of passionate individuals, who thrive as a collective in providing solutions to our clients. The business, during the last two years, has evolved hugely with KeyShel now providing full turn key solutions to our clients with mechanical services now undertaken in house as part of our group structure. The Role: As the Sales/Project Engineer you will work in collaboration with the department manager, mainly from our Lutterworth office with travel throughout the country developing new clients and visiting site(s) ensuring all projects are running smoothly. In conjunction with the department manager, and as a collective approach. You will be responsible for winning work, predominantly for the mechanical department, but also working closely with our fit out team developing mechanical designs & running project(s) for our traditional fit out works. Although the mechanical department is still relatively young, the group has been established for over 20 years. with key clients and repeat business already included as part of our business. The Person: It is essential that you have experience of sales/project management within the HVAC sector specifically targeting the end users, fit out contractors and facilities management providers. We request that the individual has a good understanding of mechanical building services (heating, ventilation & air-conditioning). You will be a self-starter, a team player, be highly motivated and want to build long term client partnerships. This is an excellent opportunity to become an integral part of our amazing team. The Salary: This is very much dependant on experience of the individual, however a competitive salary will be offered based on industry average, along with bonuses, company vehicle/car allowance and holiday.
