This is a Hybrid role, based from our London (Shoreditch) Office 3 days per week.
What You’ll Be Doing
As the People Operations Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in creating a supportive and engaging workplace where employees can thrive. From ensuring seamless onboarding to managing benefits and supporting employee relations, you’ll directly impact the employee experience across our business. With a focus on efficiency, collaboration, and people-centric solutions, you’ll be a key part of driving our culture and operational excellence.

1. Benefits Support: Be the go-to person for all things benefits. You'll administer programs, respond to employee queries, and run onboarding sessions to ensure employees understand and make the most of their benefits.
2. Onboarding Excellence: Welcome new employees with a world-class onboarding experience. This includes managing essential tasks like RTW/Zinc checks and reference collection, ensuring timely updates to our HRIS (Bob), and ensuring all new joiners get their SWAG on their first day.
3. Employee Support: Handle a wide range of employee requests, from crafting reference letters to providing employment verifications and answering policy-related queries, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
4. Employee Relations (ER) Support: Support employee relations by managing documentation and overseeing straightforward cases, such as attendance concerns and probation extensions or outcomes.
5. Audit Administration: Collaborate with IT Security and Compliance teams to ensure employee data accuracy during audits and maintain high standards of compliance.
We’re Looking For
1. Experience in People Operations: You have hands-on experience in key areas like onboarding, benefits, employee support, and event coordination. Bonus points if you've navigated these functions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
2. Detail-Oriented and Organised: You’re proactive and excel at balancing multiple priorities while ensuring a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
3. Relationship-Builder: You’re empathetic, approachable, and skilled at building trust across all levels of the organisation.
4. Solutions-Focused Mindset: You embrace challenges and find innovative solutions, maintaining a positive attitude in a dynamic workplace.
5. Tech-Savvy: Experience with HRIS systems (Bob) and a knack for learning new tools and systems is a plus.
6. Team Player: You thrive in a collaborative environment and are passionate about delivering an exceptional employee experience.
