Our client is in need of a Property Manager to manage the properties.
Job Description
Key responsibilities:
1. Providing operational support to the Director, including managing in-house maintenance tasks and prioritising them, reviewing invoices, coordinating furniture deliveries, and handling office phone inquiries.
2. Ensuring timely rent payments and informing the Director about any outstanding debts.
3. Generating reports outlining lease expiration dates and upcoming rent reviews.
4. Ensuring property compliance by organising contractors for gas safety checks, EICRs, etc.
5. Coordinating repair and maintenance tasks for tenanted properties with contracted professionals.
6. Supervising the inspection, maintenance, and regulatory compliance.
7. Prioritising professional excellence and emphasising health and safety within the team by promoting best practices, arranging relevant training, and ensuring certification.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate:
* Property Management experience
* Has a valid driving license with access to a car
* Knowledge of working within Property
