The package
* Up to £25,000 basic salary per annum
* Monday – Thursday, 09:00-18:00 + Friday, 09:00-17:00

The Property Aftercare Coordinator role
* Key collections
* Completing primary and secondary snagging reports
* Assisting with furniture delivery checks
* Conducting mid-term property inspections
* Carrying out inventories/check outs where required
* Producing snagging reports and sending to developers & investors

* Highly organised
* Able to work independently and prioritise own workload
* Excellent telephone manner, spoken and written communication skills
* Excellent approach to customer service and client care
* Professional and confident individual
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment
