Ashley Kate are delighted to be supporting a great company as they look to recruit a permanent HR Advisor role, based in Rugby.
HR Advisor
Hybrid role, in the office 2/3 days per week
Salary: Up to £36.5k.
Full time and permanent
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1. Managing the full life cycle of Employee Relations cases, leading and chairing all investigations at all stages along with outcomes and the full disciplinary process.
2. Coaching and leading managers with empathy to adopt a positive employee experience.
3. Delivering and contributing to HR Training to all employees including SLT.
4. Dealing with queries in a timely manner relating to policies and terms and conditions of employment.
5. Working closely with managers to influence and promote effective management in line with company policies.
6. Having key involvement in specialist projects in the wider HR team.
7. Providing proactive HR support to enable a change in culture and management capability.
8. Analysing HR metrics and trends, influencing and promoting changes to make improvements.
9. Ensuring the highest level of standards in line with strict company policies and procedures.
10. Active responsibility in H&S, Safeguarding, Data protection, ED&I, Quality.
HR Advisor - About you
1. Previous experience working as a HR Advisor.
2. Experience of direct line management is desirable.
3. Self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure and adjust daily workload as required by the business.
4. Strong communication skills, proactive team player with excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
5. Previous experience with HR Software and ability to manipulate systems and data.
6. Proven experience in Employee Relations case management.
7. Robust understanding of employee law, HR best practices, and industry trends.
8. Confidential & trustworthy, understanding the importance of handling sensitive data alongside GDPR.
9. Level 5 CIPD qualified and actively maintaining CIPD and professional development.
10. Experience of drawing up employment contracts and policies.
11. Collaborative approach to achieving departmental and wider organisational objectives.
